1. Data Controller
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL"), your personal data may be processed by Gündüz Law and Consultancy Office (Attorney Ömer Gündüz) in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed
Through the contact form, the following may be processed: first and last name, email address, phone number, and the information you share in your message.
Only the data you transmit is processed; no unnecessary data is requested.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your request, answering your questions, and establishing communication with you.
If your explicit consent exists, it may also be processed for informational communication purposes, only to the extent you have approved.
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed within the scope of legitimate interest and the preparatory processes prior to the conclusion of a contract for the purpose of responding to your request; and, for additional purposes such as a newsletter, based on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer
Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent required by the above purposes and in accordance with the law, with suppliers from whom we receive services, such as an email infrastructure provider. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and taking into account the periods prescribed in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights (PDPL Art. 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request the correction of data processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction in accordance with the relevant legislation, and to request the remedy of damages in the event that the processing is unlawful.
